The British send a team of 64 athletes (42 men and 22 women). Team Manager is the "BMAF Race Walking Secretary John Hall. Austria has now announced yet another 14 starters. Disappointing, the figures from France (27), Italy (22) and Finland, which sends only 8 starters. (04.02.10) Robert and Annette Koop in Germany report:
