I just watched it on ESPN2 - great race - they showed all of it (I was amazed at that)with little stupid announcer chatter - and Lagat made it look easy. I know it was not easy - but he has such great form and strength - wow.

Yes, and Ray, a former standout at Dartmouth College, would look great at Boston and Sacramento this year. This must indeed be Ray Pugsley and not Ray Puglsey as in this blog.

Congratulations to the runners on what sounds like a great race. I'm excited to hear that my local 40+ hero, Ray is running master's track. I hope it is the first of many for him.
