Looking for the fittest CEO (but TrackCEOs don’t qualify)
A company called CEO Challenges is promoting a contest among CEOs to see who’s fittest. And since most CEOs are over 35, it’s right up our alley. Details are here. “CEO Challenges is the world leader in sport competitions designed specifically for CEOs, with the goal of allowing Business Owners and CEOs the opportunity to meet peers that share their sports passion, and to ultimately find the world’s best CEO in several sports,” says this page. They use a strange version of age-grading: “AG is arrived at by deducting the person’s age (year in which they were born) from 100.  For example, person born in 1955 is 55 years old in 2010. . . . The maximum AG is 60, even if the person is younger than 40.” Who qualifies as a CEO? “The CEO Fitness Challenge is open to CEOs / Owners / Presidents / and C-suite Executives of companies with at least $1 million in annual gross revenue.” OK, I’m out. But if you qualify, kick butt and represent us well!
