Detailed, hourly sked for Grand Rapids nationals due June 30

Distance stars Barton, Patton, Bruess set BIG American records

Kris Paaso pulverizes W45 American record in 3000 at Portland
Competing Saturday at the Portland Track Festival, W45 Kris Paaso won the women’s 3000 by 45 seconds and beat the listed American record by 12 seconds. Kris clocked 9:45.66.
