Entry deadlines bear down for Orono, West Regionals
Just in case you haven't checked the calendar, the drop-dead deadline for USATF West Regional Masters at Occidental College is July 16. (Gotta pay a $20 late fee.) The meet is July 21-22. The Orono masters nationals in early August have a July 13 deadline. After July 13 -- and up to July 20 -- you pay $50 extra to compete at USATF masters nationals. Entering online works fine -- if you can find your USATF number. In any case, the Status of Entry pages for Orono and for Occidental show lots of small fields. Go get a medal or three.

I see no mention of this $50 late fee nor any mention of a July 13th date. I only see the July 20th deadline for Orono. Are you sure of this ?

It looks like they keep changing the registration deadline page for Orono. The late fees are not posted on their site today. They'll probably repost it on July 13 at 11:59pm. lol

I found the reference to a $50 late fee on the downloadable PDF entry form. It's still there. Maybe the Orono folks forgot to update the PDF entry form.
Click the "pay extra $50" link above -- which I just now made a path to the entry form PDF.
Certainly confusing to folks who enter via snail mail.
