Carol Frost sizzles in Lyon warmup: W70 WR in javelin, 2 ARs

The story continued:
Frost, a graduate of the University of Nebraska, has been a world-class athlete her entire career. She toured Russia, West Germany and Poland with the 1965 USA track and field team as a top-rated discus and shot put competitor.
She represented the United States in international competition in 1966 as the national champion in the discus and later earned the gold medal for the event during the 1967 Pan American Games. Additionally, Frost represented the United States during the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City.
Frost will travel to the World Masters Athletics Outdoor Championships in Lyon, France, in August to compete among other world-class athletes.

Nice throws!
Carol totally reminds me of a young Jane Frederick, the pentathlete I so very much admired.
Looking forward to watch her in Lyon. Though we really don’t know the final schedule, though we should all be at Parilly.
