What is you taper routine for the 100/200/400? For me, I'll do my last hard workout on Tuesday or Wednesday before a weekend race. I'll take 2 full days off but I wonder if I should do something on that Thursday and Friday. Thoughts?

Take the rest hermano! You're not going to gain anything by doing even an easy workout 2 or 1 days before a meet. My opinion.

Fidel,
I am with BMo. Rest, but I think you can actively rest with working on running skills/technique, but definitely no interval training during the taper week. Not worth the risk and really you have nothing to gain. Have faith in your ability. You will usually surprise yourself.
