Hi, I am looking for masters guys or gals like myself and my two buddies whose motto is "over 5k, no way!" We run every Sunday and are looking to start a Track club here in Fairfax, VA. I have been training for the mile and the 800. Ran 2:11 and 5:04 so far. My buddies are slower. Let us know. We are tired of driving to DC or Arlington just to run there! Danbury Forest TC.
