HI, I am looking for a personal coach to train for 100/200/400 m in the Massachusetts and RI area. I need someone to maybe look at my technique closely about once a week or so and send me training workouts. I started with one person but could not keep up with his busy schedule and was MIA after about a week. Looking for any help that is possible. thanks, Indu |
