I am 31 years old and sprinted in high school and college. I haven't done any sprinting in 8 years and am wanting to start back up for this indoor and outdoor season (2010). I have been running on the treadmill and lifting at the gym for years, but nothing that would really prepare me for sprinting. I am looking for some advice or if someone can point me a website or something to training and lifting info to get me ready for this next season. I want to run the 100m and 200m. Thanks for your help.
