Yesterday I played golf...played well. Today I got back on the Bike for 8.9 miles. Steady tempo and felt pretty good. Tomorrow will be golf and we have a game.......will try for a short ride or light lift depending on time.

Life is constantly getting in my way and I accept it. Today, I went to the gym and did the following:
Bench 10x135, Lats 10x90, Leg Press 10x215 as a warm up. Then 5 Rounds on the 2 minute mark of Lat 5x150, Bench 8x195, Leg Press 12x275, and 15 Crunches @90. Hard workout. Lats and Bench were just about right. Could have gone heavier on the Legs and Crunches. Good workout.

Spent Tuesday and Wednesday traveling to South Jersey. Took yesterday as a recovery day from driving. I was tired. Found a gym here in OC NJ that I used the last time I was here. Did the following:
All Free weights
Bench Press 10x135, 10, 8, 6x185, 10x135 all sets on the minute. Very hard.
Incline Press 10, 8, 6x135 on the minute.
Tri Press Downs 6x75, 8x65, 10x55 on the minute.
Good Chest workout
Then 20 minutes on the Spin Bike for a total of 5.25 miles.

Overall, a good day. Worked up a good sweat and feel much better. Will try for two in a row tomorrow.........see what the wife has planned......lol.

Went to the gym and did the following:
Lat Pulls 10x105, 10x120, 10x135, 10x120, 10x105 on the minute. Very hard.
Seated Cable Rows 3x10x100 on the minute. Hard,
Spin Bike 12 minutes for 3 miles.
Rowing Machine 2x250 meters in 2:52 and 2:26

Good workout. Hard day in the gym.

Took yesterday as a rest day........legs were very sore. Felt better today, so I went to the gym and did the following:
Spin Bike for 5 minutes.
Single Leg Extensions 3x15x25.
Spin Bike for 5 minutes.
Leg Press 5x10x365 with 1 minute rest.
Spin Bike for 5 minutes.
Leg Curls 3x10x50.
Spin Bike for 5 minutes.
Total mileage for the Bike was 5.5 miles. Good workout today. Legs felt good. See how I feel tomorrow.

Wanted to get a workout in yesterday but couldn't find time. Today I went to the gym and did the following:
5 minutes on the Spin Bike
Single leg Extensions 3x10x25
Bench Press 10x135, 4x6x185 on the minute
5 minutes on the Bike
Rowing Machine 4x250 meters with 1 minute rest. Total of 1300 meters.
5 minutes on the Bike.
Overall a good workout.

Other than several rounds of Golf while visiting NJ and PA, I ate and drank on 7-8 pounds the last couple of weeks. Felt like crap the last few days as it took three days to get back home. Two days in SC alone.....very bad there.
Tonight I went to the gym and did the following:
Bench 10x135, Lat Pulls 10x90, Leg Press 10x215 as a warm up. Then 5 rounds of 12 reps on the Bench at 150, Lats at 105, and Leg Press at 225. All on the 2 minute mark. It was a good way to get back into the workout. Feel much better that I got the workout done. Hopefully, I can get back on the Bike tomorrow for an easy ride to really get back into the swing of things.

Today I went for an easy 9.3 miles on the Bike. Thought I would go about 6 miles or so but felt good and continued on. Felt good to get back on the Bike. Lets see if I can make it three days in a row tomorrow. Feel pretty good tonight.

Quick weight workout tonight....just to get the blood flowing and a sweat going. Did 4 rounds of 10x165 on the Bench, 10x105 on the Lat Pulls, and 225 on the Leg Press. Got the Bike back from the shop......was less than $100.....yeah. Will try for a ride tomorrow morning.

Rode a steady 7.2 miles on the Bike. Felt slow and knees really didn't feel all that great. May need to see the Ortho and get a booster shot to help me get better. Really notice how out of shape I'm in due to not really training for several weeks. Kind of a self imposed layoff that really has not helped. Will try to get going again and spend more time on the Bike to get the cardio going.......and help with the weight.

Rode a steady but easy 9.3 miles on the Bike today. Nothing too exciting but two days on the Bike is good. Went back to Atkins to try and rid myself of the weight I put on up north. Will try for a little longer ride tomorrow.....see how I feel.

Did an easy 13.5 miles on the Bike today. Felt really good except for the part where a Bee stung me on the neck....hope he dies....lol. Other the that, it was a good day. See where it goes tomorrow.

Legs were really sore last week after riding three days in a row. Took some rest and feel pretty good. Today I went to the gym and did the following:
4 Rounds of 10 on the Bench, Lats, and Leg Press with no rest increasing the weights each set of 10.
Bench 10x135,150, 165, 180
Lats 10x90, 105, 120, 135
Leg Press 10x215, 235, 255, 275
short but sweet. Good workout. Tomorrow I will get back to the Bike.

A very windy 8 miles on the Bike. Knees are very sore, limiting what I can do. May need a shot and see how that goes.

Gym tonight and did the following:
Bench 10x135, Lats 10x90, Leg Press 10x215 for a warm up. Then 4 Rounds on the Bench , Lats, and Leg Press with no rest.
Bench 15x150, 12x165, 10x180, 8x195.
Lats 15x105, 12x120, 10x135, 8x150....last set was very hard.
Leg Press 15x235, 12x255, 10x275, 8x295.

Could have done more on the Bench and Legs, but the Lats were right on. Still a good workout. Can feel it. Again, short and sweet.
