Yesterday was a group Ride for 12.7 miles. Haven't ridden since last Monday so I just wanted to get some miles done.

Today, I went to the gym and did the following:

Seated Rows 5x20x110. Could have used a bit more weight.
Lat Pulls 5x12x90. All I could do to finish. Very hard

Overall, a good day.

Rest except for golf on Friday and Sunday. Today I went to the gym and did the following:

Bench Press 6x15x150 on the 90 second mark. Last set was difficult.
Machine Flys 5x10x85

Good, fast workout. Got a major pump going in a very short time.

Went to the gym tonight and did the following:

Lat Pulls 6x15x100 on the 90 second mark....last set got very hard.
1 Arm Rows 5x8x40 Went right then left on the 90 second mark.

Again, very quick tempo in the workout and got done in a short amount of time, but really got some work done. Good workout. Tomorrow will be a Bike ride.

Rain yesterday....so no Bike. Today I went to the gym and did the following:

Leg Press 6x15x245 on the 90 second mark. Weight was too easy.
DB RDLs 4x10x30s
Leg Press 3x15x265 on the 90 second mark. Lifted in 1 second and lowered in 3 seconds. Much harder and a better lift.

Got a lot of Leg Work in a short time. Good day.

Golf this morning and then a Bike ride this afternoon of 5.7 miles. The tempo was very high for not riding for 12 days, but I got caught in a storm and had to cut the ride short. Finished with 6 sets of 15 pushups on the 90 second mark. Was able to get through the workout and feel pretty good. Overall, a good day. Tomorrow is a group ride in the morning.

Group Ride this morning for 12.7 miles. Tempo was good and I felt strong today. See if I can get a strength workout tonight instead of the pushup routine I did last night.

Passed on last night's workout as my Chest started getting tight as the day wore on. Most have gotten more work in than I thought.

Today was a morning ride of 8 miles in 32 minutes. Easy tempo for the most part and good enough to work up a solid sweat. Good cardio. Tonight I went to the gym and got a modified Back workout. Seated Rows for 6x15x120 on the 90 second mark. Weight was too easy. Thought it would get harder on the last sets, but I got through the workout with no problem. Must be getting stronger than I thought. Tomorrow should be a longer Bike ride. Weight is holding steady and the knees are feeling about as good as they can.

The last two days were rest. Legs and body were very tired. Today I went to the gym and did the following:

Leg Press 6x15x255 on 90 second mark. Again the weight was pretty easy...could have done more.
DB RDLs 4x8x30s

Quick workout, but effective. Legs are a bit sore afterwards. Tomorrow I will try for a Bike ride.

Easy 8 miles on the Bike this AM. Tonight I went to the gym and did the following:

Bench Press 7x10x165 on the minute. 1st sets were easy....but the last set was grueling.
Machine Flys 4x10x85 on the minute.
Incline DB Press 4x10x40s The last set was difficult.

Overall, A good training day. I must start to ration my workouts as I feel good for 3-4 days and then fatigue sets in and I'm done for a couple of days and need to recuperate. But today was good. Felt strong.

No Ride today but went to the gym and did the following:

Lat Pulls 7x10x110 on the minute.....the last two sets were brutal....not enough rest.
Seated Rows 4x10x120 on the minute.

Quick workout but effective. Tomorrow will be a Group Ride for 12-15 miles...see how I feel.

Today was an easy 12.7 miles on the Bike. Good cardio, but it was just getting the miles done. Tomorrow will be a Leg Day.....see how I feel after that workout.

Thursday night I went to the gym for a Leg Workout, but during the Leg Press my left hamstring cramped up, stopping my workout.

Today, I went for a 7.5 Bike ride after golf. Hit a PB on one section of the Ride. The tempo was very strong despite the wind. One good thing is that I must be getting stronger as the wind doesn't effect me like it use to effect me.
