| Post subject: | Insane Workout Video |
Question for everyone. Has anyone ever tried the Insane workout video's? I live in the northeast and the winters can be pretty rough and it's hard to get outside and do some running drills. I thought these video's might be a better option in the winter. I know they are pretty challenging, but I do not believe you have to follow along 100 percent. At 60 years old I would just try to keep up as best as I can. I've been hitting the weight room during the winter, but I'm looking for different options. |
