Hey everyone I am working on a small book on the short sprint events. I have allot of knowledge in my head that I would like to put on digital paper. I think this would be a great way to hand down my knowledge of the sport. I will have topics like training, nutrition, plyo’s, core stability, rehab of injuries etc.

If you would like to be apart of this collective library of knowledge just post info here and I will add it in. If nothing else this might be a topic many masters might find very interesting.

Great idea!

But Ross Dunton's archive alone would be a HUGE contribition to such an online archive. But to make the open source archive user friendly, why not create a wiki? Several sites allows this, some for free.

You right that might be a better idea. I just would like to pull as much knowledge as possible in a central location so others can benefit from past experiences without reinventing the wheel.

I was going to write a book, then decided to give all my knowledge (secrets, articles, videos, training ideas, etc) free of charge in a form of a Blog.

Why Blog? Because (1) it is entered as a diary in chronological order and (2) the topics are sorted by category.

Ross Dunton of CoachR.org and I have the same philosophy.

Sounds good to me. I have been dropping of a bit of knowledge that I have found here and there in this forum. At least here it can be discussed versus in a book that never talks back.
