Anybody have any good suggestions for a reference book to learn more about speed/short distance traning? I did a search & found nothing. Thanks!

Check out "The Science of Hurdling and Speed" by Brent McFarlane and "Sport Specific Speed" by Vern Gambetta and Gary Winkler. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention "Sports Speed" by George Dintiman and Masters record holder Bob Ward.
