After reading the blog about Dr. Steve Peters, where can you get more info on his training regime. 3Xs/week and all speed work would be better for me as I have knees problems and I just can't take all the pounding with traditional programs.

There's plenty of us in the UK also wanting to quiz the man about his methods. The article included in the blog was taken from something that appeared here in Running Fitness Magazine a month or so ago. I've not seen anything else to date. We've got the GB National Masters next weekend, and I guess Steve's going to be asked a load of questions!
