:D I am 40 and in pretty good shape and I would love to train for masters in the 100m 200 I have good speed but I haven't ran since high school but I do run on and off the track, so what should I do? I am joining a track club.

Hey Christy, welcome to the boards. You're making a smart move by joining a club. There you can learn from experienced folks and get some advice and comraderie. Take it slow and buy some ibuprofen. :D
