Wondering if anyone has tried the POSE method of running. I think I am going to try this technique to see if I can run without injury. Any comments?

Looks like POSE is a running technique that teaches you how to be a forefoot striker and not a heel strike and to have a faster turnover. They say on the video that this is the way Usain Bolt runs. Check it out on youtube. Lots of instructional videos out there.

It is also supposed to be less stress and pounding on the knees.
