Hope everyone's preparations for Oshkosh are going well.

We had snow here at a high school track meet in Central Oregon this past week so hard to believe that Outdoor Nationals is just over 2 months away.

Looking forward to Oshkosh. Had the site still been Clermont, FL I wouldn't be going. But I think the UW-Oshkosh site will be a good one.

Unlike last year where I started training hard too early, I'm just now starting to up the workouts, etc. and have several months of base mileage to build off of.

Only 3 meets for me leading up to Nationals and all are two weeks apart so the schedule is simply much more friendly. Oregon Elite exhibition steeple on May 29th, Portland Track Festival on June 13th and the Portland Masters/Oregon Assn Champs/NW Region Champs on June 27th.

Hope to see several of you at any of the above. Best wishes for great racing!
