Not really.

Mike,
Way to go on the 400m - breaking 55 is awesome. Even Jumper thinks so!

highjumper - Since you are a reader of this thread, how about some input on your training / competing this season? I realize this thread may be in the wrong place, but isn't that being a little picky? As for me, I did some overspeed yesterday as my summer competitions will conclude on Sunday. If I run well, I will expect ample "attaboys" :P I prefer mine all in the same post, the one word posts are annoying and make me about ill.

For those of you that have finished their track season, are you going to run any road races in the near future to maintain some speed into the fall before you go back to a base training?
I am hoping to run a couple of 5K races before going back to a base building phase.

I won't be doing any 5k training, but I may do one 5k for fun. Some leg strengthening and easy running until October. Lots of indoor meets in Dec/Jan up here in Boston.
Nice times BMo!

Another atta boy BMo. I won't be running any 5k's, but I do plan to do more endurance training this fall/winter. I ran my best 400 when I was an 800 man so if my body can handle it I will train for the 800, but I plan to still focus my racing at 400. IMO nothing hurts like an 800 where you take it out hard the 1st 400 and work to maintain pace the 2nd lap. I want to run some 800's just so the 400 will seem easy in comparison.
