Top distance coach Brad Hudson will be giving a talk in Eugene on Thursday, 10/15/09. This talk is specifically for masters athletes.
"Brad will be speak on the topic of metabolic changes for older athletes. His talk will cover changes in performance, how to train according to metabolic needs, and injury prevention for all ages with a focus on masters athletes. He will explain how to adapt your training based on your own training experiences over your lifetime and on the physical changes that occur as you age."
