For the Record I am still very much American despite the IAAF granting me British "Status".

Last month, on December 5th, I competed in my first competition in the UK in 15 years as a Brit. And competed wearing a new hand painted outfit to mark the occasion All six throws smashed the UK Age Record (45-49). This is video of the best throw:

I often talk to throwers about the run up is part of the throw. I used the dartfish stromotion technology to try and visually show this. Hopefully it helps to visually show this. I accelerate, wrap it and whack it.

And for those of you that hadn't seen my 112.10m World Record Vinyl Record Throw here is. I would like to see The Guinness Book of Records ignore UK's Channel Four filming crew filming me, the BBC measuring and a dozen witness on hand and not officially ratify this, but time will tell:

That dartfish was very cool. As much as you are a ham sandwich, that will be very helpful for my weight pentathlon.
