Wow! This really encourages me BMo! Thanks. I know it will come. I look forward to see my times improve a little bit at a time. I might jump into a mile or 2-mile race this Thursday at an all-comers meet just for fun.

Nice work on the weight loss! At my peak I was 230 (lots of lifting and eating). I try to keep it around 180. Makes a world of difference.
