Will be running the 'chase and possibly the 4x800. So glad this meet is back.

Who else will be there and what event(s) are you participating in?

I probably will be there.
It will be three weeks after my Newport marathon, so if I run it, I will probably run the 1500 or the 5K, that is if I am walking yet.
I will wait until after my marathon to enter.

Here is the link which has entry form and schedule:

Hayward Classic

I love this meet, despite the fact I have strained my calf in the 1500 the last two times I have run it.

I will be there and running the 800m and maybe the 400m and would be open to joining a 4x400 relay team.

Looking forward to my first run on Hayward Field as a masters newbie too!

That would be unreal to run on that track! I was hoping the 2012 National meet would have been there. You who are running, savor the moment!

I'm probably racing the 5K. Maybe helping with the announcing again this year also.

Darn it !!

I looked at the registration today, and saw that the entry's need to be received by 5pm today.

arrrrrggggg!!!!!

Oh well, I guess that this will give me more time to transition into track from my marathon.
Looks like the Oregon state games will be my first meet on July 11th.

See everyone in 5 days. Saw BMo tear it up at the Portland Masters Classic this past weekend. In fact, I rudely cut in front of him in line to get my packet as we were late and arrived with only 10-15 minutes before my race. Being the gentleman he is, he was more than cool about it so thanks again, BMo.

Here's hoping we all throw down some fast times (and good marks) at Hayward.
