It should be Africa-HOT!

That said, it appears they've scheduled accordingly.

I am planning to go... It will be my first race at low altitude, so that will be interesting... (running the mile)

I saw it was like 100+ there the last couple days, but the 10 day forecast looks like it will cool off some..? Hopefully it won't be 95 at 8:30 am...

It is considerably cooler today, but with the weather being as crazy as it has been, hail wouldn't surprise me.

I am certain it will be beautiful at 8:30 am on Saturday for the Mile. Friday at 7:30 pm for the 200M is likely a different story.

Run well Kelly.

Extended Sacto area forecast for Friday the 9th has a high of 92. Our weather has been all over the map the past week. It was blazing on Sunday and Monday but today and Thursday should only hit 90. It's been very dry.
Bring your sunscreen!

Yeah, not likely to be AFRICA-HOT.
