What is this list for? My school is on this list.

Post subject:  school list

The "list" serves several purposes:
1. For someone researching schools for a place to work-out.
2. For someone researching schools for records.
3. For someone seeing if they are on their schools "All time" list.
4. Parents / grandparents thinking about where their kid
could compete on a great track/field program.
For me, I have one grandson thinking about WA, and another
grandson thinking about VA (unfortunately neither in track/field).
5. Sometimes people like to brag about their old school.

I am sure there are many other reasons this list could be helpful.

Once again thank you to Andy and Ken for their
assistance (to me) on getting the list started (its not done yet).

Where to find a potential meet . . besides the USATF main website .. . .

http://www.trackinfo.org

http://www.mastershistory.org/Association/index.html

http://www.mastershistory.org/Schools/1.html

http://www.woodhurdles.com/Schools/1.html

Does anyone have any additional website links to find meets?

Check out Senior Olympics in whatever State you're interested in. Some of them post when and where meets will be on the Internet.

Not all events are contested, some meets are good, some are bad. It usually depends on who is running the meet, and number of contestants in events.
