At the end of the comments at this link is a short debate between me and an anonymous poster regarding the throw in the video (linked from the link): http://masterstrack.com/2009/08/459/ My thought as an official is that if it's not clearly a foul, then it's NOT a foul! No guessing that penalizes the athlete. |
