Are the list moderators asleep at the switch, or has this Forum board been leased to UGG to support masterstrack.com?

Enough already!!

I sent a notification to the board Admin requesting that he remove diablo and his UGG posts.

Hi Folks, Mr. Ugg Spammer has been deleted with all of his posts.

Remember that the way to address this problem is to click on the exclamation mark in the lower right corner of the spam post. This will alert the administrators as to the existence of the problem.

Here are the full instructions:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1470

Next, if you see a spam post, just report it, don't respond within the thread because when I delete the spammer, I have the option to delete the thread too, but if people have responded within the thread, then I have to go through the entire forums and delete them manually.

Now, the downside here is that when you report a spammer, I am *not* alerted unless I happen to come and check up on things here. I don't come to these forums every day or even every week. But I do check often enough that I rarely find more than one or two bad threads.

So, just click on the exclamation mark and ignore the posts because they won't be around for long.

Ugg boots are of course not the worst thing that could show up here. However, if you see hate-speech or porn, something that is more offensive, then you can contact me at: http://eagleherbs.com/contact

Sorry for the UGG posts. You report them, I'll delete them with extreme prejudice!

-al.

Yeah Al, thanks. And thanks for the reminder re: reporting Spammers.
