Hi All..Im sorry to say that due to lingering injury problems I am not attending the meet this year in Olathe. Good luck to all competitors in every age group and I hope to see you all soon, but for once I am listening to my body feedback and have to continue my slow comeback attempt. I am running, but with knee pain and hope to have an MRI in August if my insurance will allow it after I go through the required pre approval nonsense. Godspeed and stay healthy! I'll miss you all! |

I am sorry to hear that you will miss the nationals this year. On the other hand, I support your common sense in "reading" your body. There will be many years for you to attack those hurdles. Good luck with your recovery. |

Good Luck everyone and stay injury free at Nationals! I will miss the fun! I actually tested my knee out last weekend and made it through 10 hurdles although much slower than I am happy with, but..I am on the mend. Go out and get those PR's! Stay Cool! |
