Currently 82 degrees and partly cloudy, but increasing to 95 degrees by Wednesday. Fortunately it looks like we're going to miss the 100 degree peak.

Did my workout yesterday at sunset. It was still 101 in Kansas. 107 for the high. 95 might feel pretty good to me. 8)

Latest has it being pretty nice for those running on the weekend- 78 Saturday and 76 Sunday...

It looks like the wind will be about 10 mph from the SW on Saturday morning. Hopefully, we will have a nice headwind so we can get some good distances. However, nothing will beat the conditions at the Hawaii nationals a few years ago. That was truly amazing.

If any of you guys can post results from the big M50 discus duel as soon as you know them I would appreciate it. Actually, I would be interested in hearing any/all throws results.
