Excerpt from an e-mail sent to the participants:
We are officially airing our one-hour premiere internationally to 51 countries on Buzz TV Monday, Dec. 15th on prime time! We will be on three times a week and the audience will get to vote for their favorite athletes based on the Champions of Character criteria and other stipulations developed by the producers. Europe, North Africa and soon China awaits this show; the Buzz TV executive have expressed more than an extreme interest in this series which they feel will be a big hit because of the popularity of track and field in the UK, and the TV habits out there. And most importantly, a perfect build up to the London Olympics…
The show will air for 13 weeks, with the final live show possibly two-hours; we are working out the details of where to host the final show—it looks like Europe, we just aren’t’ sure of which studio yet between Germany or England or if we will use their studio in Colorado. We will know this information midway through the season.
As far as syndication in the United States, we will not know this information until the successful completion of our international airing. As soon as we know information, we will let you know!
