Hey hurdlers...are any of you going to run at Dartmouth this year/Jan 9. There's usually a chance to catch a ski day on Saturday as we run on friday. I got an email from Ernie Snodgrass and he will be there as well as myself. Log in if you plan on running. Happy holidays to all!

Well don't all jump at once!!!

(A little hurdler humor.)

I might give it a try. I'm a newbie hurdler. Daunting to consider going over five of them, all at my competition height. Hoping I feel ready to try by then.

Think they'd be okay if I set up Power Hurdles? Why do the real hurdles feel harder than the collapsible ones at the same height?
