Posted the same thing on the Q& A board. Just got my hip replaced(55 years old) was doing sprint training 4-5 days a week usually 10-14 100 meter sprints. Felt great, can resume running in June, not jogging, too much pounding, but the sprinting will be ok. Anyone have any similar experience(s) they could share about training and hip replacement. Thanks
