I've searched and searched and I can't find the best times and average times for the 100 maters for the 45 and over age range.

I'd also like to see some times on the 200, 4 X 100 and the long jump.

Also...How do you become one of the members of the 4 X 100?

Thanks,

Johnny Sprints

Ps...I'm looking for times in the Indiana area where I will be mostly competing.

Thanks so much! But I'm not really looking at running against Willie Gault. Isn't there a Indiana list?

And maybe even some kind of class listing? (I'm certainly not in the top class)??

I'm trying to find out what I'll be up against if I run sprints against competitors from the Fort Wayne to South Bend area and the Indianapolis area.

Thanks,

Johnny

Ok, seriously, there's over 100 entries on this list:

You ran an 11 flat in HS. What can you do now, realistically? A 13 flat would have put you at #54 this season.

At least the list give you an idea of the very wide range in performances among your age group. Not many of them are Willie Gault.

Hey, thanks for all the info!

So tell me...If I did run a 13 flat (I was hoping for an 12 flat, but that was just a guess, or a goal with no information on the subject at all). where would that place me in Indiana local meets? Any idea? Competitive? Win a few? Lose every time?

Thanks for anything more you can help me with!

Johnny

You're making me do all the research!!

Here's results from the USATF Indiana masters state meet this summer:

http://www.inusatf.org/results/2009Open ... esults.txt

You would have gotten 2nd place with a 13 flat:

Quote:
Men 45-49 100 Meter Dash
===================================================================================
Name Age Team Seed Finals H# Points
===================================================================================
1 Shute, Marcus 46 Unattached 11.70 12.11 1 10
2 Zelmanski, Paul 49 Unattached 13.40 13.52 2 8

Run something, jump something or throw something in a meet.

Best way to see how you will do against others.
