No single person knows it all. But by pooling our centuries of experience, we can probably come up with the answer to any masters track and field query.

This forum is reserved for questions and answers. Anyone can ask, and anyone can answer.

The more answers the merrier!

I've got many more questions than answers. For instance, why can't 55-year old men beat 9th grade girls in most events?! My ego is taking a pummeling.

I feel your pain. I'm a 63 year old runner and not too shabby. But when a 10 year old girl runs by in a 5k, life can be difficult.
