WMA meet in Kamploops. Could anyone give me an idea of what the usual time lapse is between the 200m semi's and 200m final and then the 800m final on the same day? Also for the 400m and 1500m finals on the same day? I am trying to figure out which events to run and can not tell what the average time in between these events might be. Oh yeah and the 4x200m relay thrown in as a possiblity. Any close approximation or past experience would help.
Thanks
ps. anyone driving from Seattle to Kamloops and want someone to share expenses?

They have a habit of changing these things. For example, the schedule at the last World Indoors, in Clermont Ferrand, was nothing at all like the schedule for the championships before that, in Linz. However:

In Clermont Ferrand:

200m heats (M50 - my age group then) Tuesday 14:45
200m quarter finals (M50) were due Tuesday 20:45 but took place at 22:35 due to bad schedule delays that day.
200m semi finals (M50) Wednesday 10:15 (yes, less than 12 hours later)
200m final Wednesday 19:55

M50 was the oldest age group to have four rounds in Clermont Ferrand. I guess it will be a while before you know how many competitors there will be in Kamloops in any age group, and therefore, how many rounds.

The Clermont Ferrand 4x200m relays were on the Saturday afternoon, from 14:00. The M50 happened at about 15:20.
