Are there any Masters Track clubs in Arizona, specifically in the Tucson area? I am interested in 400 to 800 meter training. I am turning 60 next year and would like to turn my casual running into a more competitive endeavor. Initial training guidance would be appreciated. I run casually about four times a week at a moderate pace. |
