Just turned 40 and I'm wondering what I should be doing in order to reduce my 100m and 400m times of 13.7 and 65.8 down to anything resembling the 11.5 and 54.0 I ran in college.

Not as concerned about the field events but I do have a tendency to develop knee tendonitis with too much squat work/jumping.
