I turn 48 this Saturday, April 24th, can anyone tell me what the "official" World record is for a 48 year old in the javelin?
I have got quite a few names, dates and places as to what the record is - all different. Can anyone help?

This past weekend, a week before turning 48 and 5 hours after I weighed 189.5lbs, the lightest I've been since September 1981, I did this: 69.56m, 70.18 and 71.22m:

Is it just me or do my postions look pretty good?
