I just ran in a 4 x 100m relay (men's age 70) about a month ago and my 3 other runners all have travel or injury issues which will keep us from running in SF on July 9 or Sacramento on July 22. I live in Los Altos Hills... there a local club I can train with in my area? There any available men 70+ who would like to run the 4 x 100 meter relays in either or both of thoes meets? jagrippo@sbcglobal.net |
