Does anyone know if there is an actual run-your-age club for either the 400 or the 10K?
In other words, if you are 55 years old, you need to run the 400 in 55 seconds or less.
I heard there was one in Berkeley, CA. Can't find it though.

I understand the concept, but I have never heard of an actual club for doing so.
Maybe Ken could sell t-shirts on this site for runners who have done so.
The 400 meters might be very hard until you hit 55 years old or so, but the 10K would be relatively easy.
