Anyone in San Diego know a good club to get with to start back up in competition? I ran a 49.8 440 in college? Thanks, Al |

Terrific question. I generally work out on my own at UCSD but as a general rule every club in the area is either for youth or is a road running/distance oriented club. SDTC has a T&F page on their site but I think their posted workouts are also for distance runners. |
