Hi all, I just turned 35 today and I can officially race as a Master. I am very excited. I used to run sprint hurdles and would love to know what the records are. I understand that the hurdles are 3foot 3 not 3feet 6 which is great news but I cannot find any 3feet3 records or all time lists all I can find are lists of pro athletes who were running the 42inch hurdles at age 25 still. ie Allen Johnson running 12.96! Has anyone got any info about the following.

1. Championship best performances for the world/ Euro indoor 60m hurdles M35?
2. CBP for World/ Euro outdoors 110mh?
3. Is there a current w rec for the mens 50/55m hurdles for m35 if so what is it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Guys and I hope all of your training is going well for Budapest World indoors.

Liam C.

Congratulations with such an important birthday!
All time world rankings of 110m are here, but height of the hurdles is not given: http://www.mastersathletics.net/fileadm ... lesmen.htm
