Starting at ROCK BOTTOM... The East Stroudsburg meet was my 1st meet in 25 years (since high school!) and who knows what inspired me to do this!

I just want to thank the nice group of throwers who were very welcoming and made me feel like I belonged there. (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!! THANK YOU!). Elitist attitude would really take away from the fun...

Although I was terribly embarrassed at how much distance I had lost since high school, it was fun to be holding those implements once again.

Now, regarding my Virgin status in the hammer, weight and super weight throws... thank you for not laughing at me, it must've been pretty entertaining for all of you. I've never even seen these events before...let alone thrown them, YIKES!.

Well, it was fun, and thanks again -- I'm off to practice now for a year!
