| Post subject: | M60-64 decathlon hurdles? |
Can anyone tell me what the hurdle race is in the decathlon for M60-64? Is it just like the high hurdle race for this age group, ie 100m, 33" and 8.5m between hurdles? Seems like it should be, but could be a logistical nightmare for meet organizers. How could they expect us geezers to run a setup like the young bucks do? And are the scoring calculators set up appropriately? I can't find the answer to this question anywhere. Thanks, Marc |

Yes Marc. The height and distances are identical to those for the regular 60 to 69 age groups. Although I am have not yet run a decathlon, I believe that you can find the age conversions on the Decamouse website. Sounds like you are planning to jump into the multi-events. Good luck. |
