Hi everyone! I am new to this forum but have been training for the last few months now. I have been having what I would consider severe muscle soreness if I miss even one day of training and have to resume. My boyfriend suggested an Epsom salt bath so I tried it. He gave me a new product that is called Pepsom Sports and specifically designed to help with sports/training related pain. It has a relaxing spearmint scent and is endorsed by the NBATA. The best part is that after my first 20 minute bath I felt much better. I have continued to take a bath with Pepsom before bed (so after stretching and eating) and have found that I wake up with less muscle pain and fatigue and have been sleeping better.
