What is the best way to build mileage while preventing injury? I just recovered from a running injury because i'm unintelligent and lack knowledge on the sport. What is the best way to go about building my km's up to about 30km a week? As of right now i'm walking 10km a week to prepare my bones and muscles for the impact of my first run/walk. Should I do 6 runs a week at shorter distances or 3 runs a week at longer distances to build up?
