I had done a sprint workout and finished with a 500. I noticed my knees were a little sore while running it. Normally, I never train over 300 meters. (700 - 1000 workout total).
When I got home and cooled off, one of my knees felt unstable. It felt a little swollen inside the knee, but there was no pain.
During my workout, I felt no trumatic pain, although, my knees felt a little tender when I decelerated.
My guess is, I have some inflammation, so I skipped my next track workout, and am icing and heating it. Has anyone had a similar injury and what did you do for it.
