| Post subject: | Arthroscopic Hip Surgery/Labrum repair rehab |
Finally jogged a mile this morning for the first time since my "resurface/repair and debris" clean up in July. Still have hip pain but not as much and am working with stretch bands every other day per the therapist. Hope to slowly work back into it and see if I can compete again by January. Lots of arthritis in the joint articulation but the doc says if I can live with the pain it's ok to give it a go! Anyone else out ther competing or "coming back" from hip surgery? |
