Results reposted for American masters records in women’s 1500
Frank Morton informs us that the New York Road Runners has reposted results of the “Thursday Night at the Races” event Feb. 23 where Marisa Hanson and Madelyn Noe-Schlentz beat masters age-group records in the 1500. M50 Frenchman breaks 4:10 barrier in indoor 1500
Pierre Faucheur of France has joined the parade of record-busting metric milers this winter. On Feb. 23, he ran 4:09.98 at an indoor meet in Eaubonne (near (Paris). Two American records in women’s 1500 — lost to the ages?
Just heard yesterday that two potential American records were set at the Armory on Feb. 23 — in the same 1500-meter race. I say potential not because the athletes didn’t really do them.
